Return and Refund Policy

At Alexia Ulibarri, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for sending back your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize correcting the issue at no additional cost to you.

International Orders

Returns are accepted under the same conditions listed above.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
